Marcus Gilroy-Ware

Marcus Gilroy-Ware is an author and researcher at the boundary of factual media and critical theory. He is author of Filling the Void: Emotion, Capitalism and Social Media, and is currently researching the political economy of so-called “fake news.” He is senior lecturer in digital journalism at the School of Film and Journalism, UWE Bristol, and also does training and consultancy for digital services firm VSC Media.
