Frances Bossom

Frances is an artist and creative producer working across cultural engagement, organisational development and feminist media archaeology. Her PhD research focuses on Arnolfini’s gallery education archives and develops an artistic methodology for reactivating them through analogue and early digital technologies. Through participatory installations and encounters with older media, her practice explores how technologies can prompt play, communication and connection between visitors. Her autotheoretical and reflexive research is informed by three decades of working with contemporary arts organisations, artists and communities across the UK.
